this website and all services are provided by laura stansfield, trading as laura’s business hotline (“laura”, “me”, “i”), nottinghamshire, uk. contact: hello@laurasbusinesshotline.co.uk.
the free 30-minute call
it’s free, with no obligation to buy anything. if you can’t make it, please move or cancel it using the link in your confirmation email.
the party line
- one course: you pay upfront for your place on an 8-week course. sign-up closes one week before the first call.
- the full year: you pay 12 monthly payments for your next four 8-week courses. this is a 12-month commitment, so all 12 payments are due even if you stop attending.
- calls are live on wednesdays at 7:30pm (uk time) and recorded. if you miss a call, you can watch the replay.
- guides are for your own business only. please don’t share, resell or copy them.
- be kind in the calls and the whatsapp group. i can remove anyone who isn’t, without a refund.
cancelling and refunds
the law gives you 14 days after you buy to change your mind about an online purchase (the “cooling-off period”).
- if you cancel within 14 days and your course hasn’t started, you get a full refund.
- if you asked for your course to start within the 14 days and then cancel, i’ll refund you minus the part of the course that’s already happened.
- after 14 days, or once your course has started and the 14 days are up, your place is booked and there are no refunds. you keep the recordings and guides.
- to cancel, email me.
1:1 mentorship
- dialled in and direct line have a 3-month minimum. the price and payment dates are agreed on your free call and confirmed in writing.
- calls can be moved with at least 48 hours’ notice. calls missed with less notice may not be rearranged.
one-off services
- the hotline call, shopify websites, email flows and seo are quoted after a chat. your quote says what’s included, the price and when payment is due.
- the hotline call can be moved with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- website work includes the round of edits described in your quote. extra changes are quoted separately.
results
i’ll share everything i know, honestly. but every business is different, so i can’t promise specific results, sales or income. you’re responsible for the decisions you make in your business.
my content
everything on this site and in my courses, calls and guides belongs to me. you’re welcome to use it in your own business, but not to copy, share or sell it.
liability
nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. otherwise, my responsibility to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid me for the service in question.
the law
these terms are governed by the law of england and wales.
